Our Commitment to Quality Craftsmanship
At Gracefully Outlawed, we thoughtfully craft every piece with care, intention, and attention to detail. We take pride in our work and want you to feel confident in the quality of each item we create.
Because many of our pieces are handmade using natural materials, slight variations are part of what makes each item unique.
Jewelry Warranty Coverage
We offer a 2-week limited craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase on all jewelry products.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. We review each claim individually, considering the piece’s condition, the nature of the issue, and how the item has been used and cared for.
Jewelry — What Is Not Covered
Due to the nature of handmade jewelry and natural materials, the following are not covered under warranty:
- Lost, cracked, chipped, or damaged stones
- Tarnishing or discoloration caused by chemicals, water, lotions, perfumes, or improper storage
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or alterations
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from improper care or handling
Gracefully Outlawed reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a craftsmanship defect and whether the appropriate resolution is a repair or replacement.
Press-On Nail Quality Guarantee
Outlaw Nails are handmade with care and inspected before they are packaged and shipped.
Because press-on nails are a personal-use product, all nail sales are final. However, if an issue with your order results from an error or craftsmanship issue on our end, we want the opportunity to make it right.
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive:
- A broken or damaged nail
- A missing nail
- The wrong design, color, or size
- A clear craftsmanship defect
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.
If we determine the issue is an error or defect on our end, Gracefully Outlawed may provide a replacement, remake, or other appropriate resolution.
What Isn’t Covered
Our nail quality guarantee does not cover:
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Nails that lift, loosen, or fall off after application
- Damage caused by improper application or removal
- Damage caused by picking, biting, impact, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Changes of mind regarding color, length, shape, design, or appearance
- Damage caused by water, chemicals, cleaning products, or other substances
- Failure to follow the provided application and removal instructions
Color & Appearance
We do our best to photograph our nail sets as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your phone, computer, tablet, monitor settings, screen brightness, and lighting conditions.
Because every screen displays color differently, we cannot guarantee that the color shown on your screen will be an exact match to the physical product you receive.
Slight color variations due to screen or lighting differences are not considered a defect and are not eligible for replacement.
For custom color requests, please get in touch with us before placing your order so we can discuss the color you’re looking for.
How to Request a Repair or Warranty Review
If you believe your item has a craftsmanship issue, please get in touch with us through our Contact page and include:
- Your order number
- The item or nail set
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We’ll review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty or repair requests unless the issue is determined to be a craftsmanship defect.
